Simine, the Fury of the Dagger
Simine [see - mee - neh] is a 154cm tall female human wearing very light clothing in order for her to very very agile on the battle field. Her weapons of choice are two crescent blade daggers, one in each hand, having the ability to do many weak attacks against her target while dotting in and out constantly making her different to hit.
Simine is a melee sustain damage dealer, even though she acts as a ranged champion her damage is still within a melee distance. Her main starting position will be the duo-lane farmer, most commonly in the bottom lane, replacing what would normally being the standard marksman here.
Basic Attack Range: 125 units Movement: 350 units per second Attack Speed: 0.725 attacks per second +3% bonus attack speed per level
Quick Hands (Passive): Static Cooldown: 0.5 second; Range: between 125 to 525 units Simine's attacks deal 30% damage, 100% to minions, and all bonus attack speed is quadrupled and her attack speed cap is 10.000 attacks per second, only every 4th attack can apply on-hit effects however.
Simine instantly teleports in front of her attack target for 0.5 second to attack her target and then instantly teleports back to her original location.
Simine does not stop her movement upon basic attacking if she was already within her attack range.
Focused Slice (Q): Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds; Range: 700 units Simine marks a target enemy for 4 seconds.
Simine's attacks against this target will deal 60% damage and apply on-hit effects on every attack.
Double Team (W): Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds; Range: 700 units Simine makes a target enemy champion delirious for 1.75/2/2.25/2.5/2.75 seconds causing it to see 10 copies of every unit of both standing still and constantly moving around within a 300/375/450/525/600 units radius area near the real thing. The fake units can be both clicked on and attacked despite nothing actually being there.
Magic Slash (E): Cooldown: 0.25 second; Cost: 1 Charge; Range: 1150 units Passive: Simine's attacks deal (+1 per 10/9/8/7/6% bonus attack speed) bonus magic damage on-hit. Simine gains a charge of magic every 12 seconds up to a maximum of 4/5/6/7/8 charges at one time.
Active: Simine slashes vertically in the target direction sending a wave of magic energy to cut through struck enemies dealing 50/70/90/110/130(+30%AP) magic damage and applying on-hit effects to every enemy struck.
Magic Slash's hotkey can be held down to unleash a flurry of waves immediately off cooldown.
Unrelenting Fury (R): Cooldown: 110/105/100 seconds; Cost: 100 Health Simine doubles her base attack speed and bonus attack speed while uncapping her attack speed cap for the next 2/3/4 seconds.
Additionally, Simine cannot be clicked on during this duration, but still takes damage and other effects normally from non-targeted abilities.
