Partnership Question

Hey friends, I been trying to figure this out by googling around and hoping to find the answer, but to no avail. I was hoping my question can be answered here. Is there any possibility Riot does/would be willing to start a partnership with people that create art of leagues champions? I was truly hoping this is a thing and I can try my luck, cause I enjoy creating art a lot!
