Ahri skin idea - psychopathic vigilante

The once great city of Piltover has fallen into ruin.

The mob rules the streets. Criminals run amok. Judges and politicans are corrupt. The justice system is a revolving door. Even worse, starting with Jinx, a new breed of bolder super-criminal has started appearing. Jayce, Caitlyn, and Vi are overworked and their efforts to keep the city safe is becoming more and more futile.

From where can a people look to for hope? To where can a city look to for inspiration? At what can a criminal look at and fear the night?

In the darkness, something has arisen.

From the night, something has awoken.

Rumors abound of something stirring, something not human. A creature has come. It hunts the darkened streets and alleyways of Piltover. It's mark? Criminals beaten to a pulp. Mobsters set on fire. Those who really piss it off are lured in by its gaze and have their lifeforce drained from them.

City officials call it the work of a vigilante who will be brought to justice. The papers and town criers are calling it a monster. Some people call it the work of another freak. But what does the criminal underworld call this thing? They call it...

Okay riot, I really think this would be a great Ahri idea. First of all, her head is the easist and most natural one to do a batman homage to. I think that it fits her theme as a heroic protector in the shadows in a way that gives her a darker and more brutal twist. After the gatchaman super galaxy skins, going to a western super hero theme would be good. Lux could be the super-girl homage. While I admit it might be a little close to midnight ahri (though not if her hair is red), it's not the same thing. It's less elegant and more spandex... or black leather. Either works for me.
