First i'd just like to say I hate the name Hope and i'd like some suggestions to change it - I want something that sounds angelic as she is essentially an Angel. And don't recommend Angel please. Alright onto the kit!

Passive - Minor Blessings Hitting ally champions with Hope's abilities grant them ( 10/20/30 Lvl 1/6/11 + 5 per 50 AP ) Health on-hit for 1/1.5/2 (Lvl 1/6/11) seconds, stacking up to 4 times and and refreshing the duration upon each stack. After reaching max stacks the same ally must wait 10 seconds before stacking this passive again. (Does not go on CD if max stacks where never reached and there is no limit on how many champions can stack this passive at once, also for you crazy people who'd try to play her as an ADC she can't apply her passive to herself).

Q - Faith Hope dashes up to 400 units in the target direction, upon reaching targetted range Hope knocks back enemy champions within the area and grants a shield to all ally champions in the area for 70/110/150/190/250 HP ( +70% AP ) Effect Radius - 350 Mana Cost - 60/65/70/75/80 CD- 13/12.5/12/11/10 seconds Knockback - Idk the range but think Jayce E only AOE

W - Holy Light Passively - Hopes basic attacks slow targets for 5/8/11/13/15% for 0.5/1/1.5/1.5/2 Seconds (Goes on CD while Active is on CD) Actively - Hope reveals an area around her, granting true sight of any enemy champions within the radius for 2 seconds and granting all ally champions within the vision radius 30% movement speed when moving towards Hope. Additionally, the first basic attack against revealed enemies deals 3/5/8/10/12% of they're maximum HP in bonus magic damage and removes true sight. Effect Radius - 1800 Mana Cost - 100 ( All Ranks ) CD - 25/23/20/18/15 seconds Duration of Vision - 0.5/1/1.5/1.5/2 seconds

E - Endow Hope heals target ally or herself for 55/85/115/145/180 + 50% AP increased by 3/4/6/8/10% per passive stack. Range - 750 Mana Cost - 55/70/85/100/115 CD- 10/10/9/9/8 Seconds

R - Miracle Hope blesses an allied champion, reflecting the first CC ability said champion is hit by back at the caster (stuff like jarvan ult will still trap them both dont be silly) and gaining a shield for 10/15/20% of Hope's Maximum HP. (CC can only be reflected while Hope's shield is still in tact and minor CC will be reflected such as an Ashe auto attack passive proc will consume the reflection and her next auto will once again slow the targetted champion. ) Range - 900 Mana Cost - 100 ( All Ranks ) CD- 120/110/100 Seconds Shield max duration - 2 Seconds

Lore - Will Update soon - all I have for now is she's an angel and the last living being from the Dream Isles ( Now known as the shadow Isles I believe ) Thanks for reading, please comment and review!

First up; Lailah, Muriel, Israfil, Pahaliah, plus something like 30 other names of actual angels. Alternatively, if you want virtue-names that sound less trite, 'Charity', 'Temperance', 'Iustitia' seem like they could also fit.

Onto the review of the champion.

First Thoughts

Seems rather one dimensional on the whole. The overemphasis on healing leads her into the same pitfall as old Soraka, where she's incredibly ineffectual if she can't keep up with her opponents' damage, but infuriating if she can.

Passive - Minor Blessings

You realise it's more or less impossible to reach maximum stacks of this without deliberately attempting to, right? Her other cooldowns, coupled with the cripplingly short duration, make stacking it past 2-3 more or less an active decision. I feel like it'd be served better by cutting the preamble and making it 'on next attack'. Conceptually, however, it seems fine.

Q - Faith

Far and away Hope's most interesting ability, though it suffers from being at odds with the rest of her kit. Aside from the fact the knockback is probably a little too strong (assuming it's the same distance as Jayce's, as you mentioned), I don't really have much of an issue with this ability.

W - Holy Light

The double scaling on the passive is more or less unnecessary. Even at rank 5, it's strictly worse than Ashe's passive slow (which is 16% for 2 seconds at level 10). In any case, it may be prudent to tune this a little more, since Hope doesn't seem like

The active portion is strange, but not necessarily awful. It really could use more play to it, though (plus a heavy tuning to the numbers). As it stands, it's kinda just a buff you mash on cooldown.

E - Endow

This is not an ability that should be anywhere near this champion. It's super vanilla, it's generic lane sustain, and it's far and away the least interesting survivability spell she has, out of four. With the slow, semi-situational nature of her other basic abilities, she's desperately crying out for something spammy and engaging for the user on her E. Something that gives her agency in lane. This ain't it.

R - Miracle

Again, it's another spell to boost allied survivability on a champion already overloaded with them. I have a personal vendetta against reflect spells, and this one kinda baffles me a little just in general, considering there's a lot of spells that just don't really work with this idea in mind (e.g. Warwick's ult, Malz's ult, etc). Beyond that, it's just kinda not a spell worthy of being an ultimate. It's a single target shield. It's barely more engaging than Morgana's Black Shield. If it weren't for the fact that Zilean exists, I would've suggested a GA style revive mechanic, but that's already taken. With a name like 'miracle', it should probably be something that either spirits them away out of danger, or completely turns around a teamfight.

Overall

The kit starts out reasonable, but the E and ultimate really let it down. While I can kinda see the high sustain AA-supporting champion she's meant to be, the overload of shields and heals leaves her unfortunately linear. Even if she might be strong, she's noticeably less interesting than her peers, as her kit currently stands.

This... sounds really cool actually!

This sounds like how Kayle should play. Maybe she has a pulsing aura passive that grants ms bonuses and a heal per tick instead. The current passive is a bit convoluted. Think Khepri from Smite or Brightwing from Heroes of the Storm.
