New Champion concept. weighted Gi, just saiyan.

A champion based around piccolo's weighted gi. The champ would be either a tank or a fighter and has one sword and another sword put away. When his ult is used he throws his weighted gi off giving him massively increased attack damage and attack speed with the ability to walk threw minions. maybe even something like olaf's ult but he doesnt turn red or run fast as hell. once the Gi is off he pulls out his second sword. as for the other abilities i havent gone that deep yet. i just like DBZ and thought a champ with a weighted Gi would be ....like amazing. just saiyan
