I don't quite understand all of the stats and numbers but I have string Ideas on a new champion for League!

Normac, Lord of the Illusions item 3151

Passive Ability - Known Presence summoner 12 All enemy champions in a medium range are effected by the status effect "Piercing Stare"item 2050 (red) that makes the duration of negative status ailments longer while all ally champions in a medium vicinity are effected by the status effect "Bolster" summoner 1 that makes the duration of positive status effects longer. It could also make enemies attacks cost more mana and make ally attacks cost less.

Basic Attack - Dancing Daggers item 3303 Normac throws daggers at enemies for a long ranged fast paced attack, this deals medium damage but is very fast.

Q: Flying Knives item 3078 Normac fabricates three illusion hawks (is increased each level by one) when an enemy champion moves in range the hawks attack the opponent, the champion is slowed by 15% for each hawk attacking and if Normac activates the skill again the enemy champion is stunned for .3 seconds for each hawk and Normac throws one enchanted knife for each hawk that was attacking, these knives are stronger than the basic attack.

W: Normac's Phantom summoner 6 Level one - Normac creates a "Unreal Creature" item 3211 Level two - Normac creates a "Phantasm" item 3113 Level three - Normac creates a "Phantom Nightmare" Xerath Level four - Normac creates a "Phantom Drake" Anivia Level five - Normac creates a "Phantom Reflection" summoner 13 The illusion summons are like companions that follow normac around the map, if they are stunned or strapped in anyway half their life is depleted immediately, if they are un summoned this way than Normac's W ability will cut its cool down time and mana cost in half. The first summon is a floating shadow creature, it's attack is a basic physical slash and every time Normac takes fatal damage the unreal creature takes the damage instead, if this summon is targeted by an opponent status ailment it will immediately become un summoned, If the creature is un summoned this way than the cool down time will drop to 0 immediately and the mana cost is reduced to half. The second summon is a small flying creature this one is the fastest but can only attack with weak physical strikes. The third summon is a monster or a creature of nightmares, it is very slightly slower bur can inflict poison with its stronger strikes. The fourth summon is a relatively small dragon that ,like the first, can fly and can blast fireballs along with a physical strike which both inflict burn onto the enemy champions, the physical strike deals more physical damage but less burn damage. The fifth and final summon is an exact copy of Normac this one can use the Basic attack and "Flying Knives"

E: Undermining Control summoner 3 All enemies in the cone site line of Normac becomes stunned and tangled in blue phantasmal wraps this sets their movement to zero for 3 seconds with their mana becoming reduced and their health not regenerating or their cool downs reducing, this can be stopped prematurely by external damage dealt by any non illusion damage (illusion damage includes "Flying Knives", "Normac's Phantom" and "Dazzling Fright") the more enemies caught in the trap makes their mana reduce faster and their damage intake increase.

R: Dazzling Fright summoner 30 Darkness and shadows envelop the area all around Normac and every enemy caught in the purple and black fog gets the status ailment "Frenzy" their attack reduced and damage intake increased, their mana continuously gets depleted and on their screen their ally champions become enemy champions and they become enemy champions to their ally, Normac's friendly champions enveloped in darkness take the form of a random enemy champion to the enemy champions caught in the cloud but can still be damaged by enemy champions (keep in mind this doesn't mean that Normac's entire team is now ally champions just to the allies caught, it makes the enemy effected ally's red and able to take friendly fire damage) but the last part of the ultimate is that every enemy caught in the dark mist gets their maximum health drained shortening their health bar down to 10% before the ultimate ends unless they are effected by "Piercing Stare" in which case their health can be drained down to 1% this effect known as "Deterioration"item 3157 lasts until the ultimate ends after this is over their health very rapidly returns.

Appearance item 3136 Male, Tall, Physically Fit, Thin. Dressed in a black cloak with a tuxedo and blue highlights, he has pale white skin a strong slender chin a goatee and waved black hair with a blue highlight in the front suave, and sharp red eyes. He has tall boots and he holds a thin channeling cane, his right eye has a scar, his left ear has a two feather earring, one blue and one red, and he has a pocket strap of knives on his belt.
