Unlockable Summoner Icons Idea

I think League of Legends should have summoner icons that you could unlock once you have done enough of something in game. Like for example if you get a penta kill IN Normals or IN Ranked you should get the penta kill icon. This would make you want to play more to unlock all the hidden icons that you can only get by playing the game. It would have effect on all the levels of players of League. Once you hit level 30 their is realy nothing else to do but just play the game over and over again. But if you add unlockable summoner icons it could them something to push towards. icons like number of games won, tower taken down, champs killed, champs owned, number of loses, numbers of kills, number of kills in a row, ranked icon (Bronz, Silver, Gold....etc). You could do these and many more for both Normals and ranked. It was just and idea and I wanted to see what other people thoughts were on it. Maybe if riot sees this and they like the idea they could actually make it happen.
