"ICE Agent " Anivia

ICE as in, Immigration, Customs Enforcement; so it's a play on the name.

Think about it, the Wall could look like a border crossing wall, complete with barb wire and spotlights.

All you have to do is make Anivia a bald Eagle, give her an "ICE Agent" vest and cap, and bam. You got ICE Agent Anivia.

Her ult could be fireworks and "God Bless America" tune instead of the icey look and howling noise it has now.

Her Q could be something like a slow moving net.

I'm a little lost on what to do with her E though, so any suggestions are appreciated.
