Regarding Two Ultimate Skins...

So, with Elementalist Lux on the PBE, my first suggestion is simple enough, that Riot should enable One for All, at least until the skin is released to live. Not only will this stop the scramble to lock her in, but also, in this case, it will allow players to potentially see all 10 of her forms in a single game, which would be, for lack of a better term, awesome. Outside of this scenario, I also believe that this same idea, enabling One for All, would be smart to do on the PBE while a new champion is in development. Now, the other Ultimate Skin... Pulsefire Ezreal was the first ultimate skin made by Riot, and, while I do appreciate the lines and such, the skin itself just doesn't measure up to other skins at this point in the game's development. In fact, I prefer Arcade Ezreal in every aspect, and it costs less than half of Pulsefire. I think that a rework of the skin would be very agreeable to most of the community, perhaps making it more of a Super Galaxy-esque theme, because the plain blue of the abilities is a big part of the problem.
