Since he was a child, Deimos knew he was different. He would be able to hold a light-bulb in his hand and make it shine brighter than it ever had, until the filament exploded. He hails from the cosmos, and has otherworldly erratically lightning that sprouts from his form. Little is know about him, save for the fact that he is not of this world, and should be revered as a challenging opponent...

Passive ability: Charging up Whenever Deimos is attacked by a hostile unit, his cooldowns are reduced by 1 second, enemies with 10 stacks of shock double this effect.

Q: Thunder Call Deimos calls upon the skies to call down a bolt of lightning to himself, it heals him for 10%(+20% AP) and applies a slow to all enemies within 500 units Heal - 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% CD - 40/39/38/37/36

W: Quite Shocking! Passive: Deimos applies a stack of shock up to 10 times, to all enemies hit by his abilities and auto attacks, stacks fall off one by one every 3 seconds Active: Deimos shocks all enemies with shock stacks, slowing enemies by 7%(+5%AP) for 1 second and dealing 150(+20%AP) magic damage to enemies with 10 stacks, stacks of shock are consumed when hit with this ability Damage - 150/175/200/225/250 CD - 36/32/32/30/28

E: Bolt Deimos shoots a spark of lighting from his finger tips, it hits a single enemy unit within 400 units(prioritizes champions) and arcs to other enemy units up to 175 units away, dealing 25(+15%AP) magic damage to the first enemy hit, and does 5% less damage per enemy hit (minimum 75% damage) this damage ignores 100% of the enemies MR and stuns enemies with 10 stacks of shock, enemy stacks of shock are consumed by this ability. Damage - 25/35/45/55/65 CD - 44/40/36/38/36

R: Cosmic lightning Deimos punches the ground, sending rivulets of cosmic energy through the ground to every enemy unit in game. When the energy hits a unit it bursts dealing 120(+35%AP) magic damage to that unit, and arcing from champions to an enemy unit within 275 units. This damage ramps up by 10% per each enemy arced to (maximum 160%).
