Lodan - Curse of The Eleven Spears
"What I gave in was trust, but what did I get back?...."
Lodan mumbles as he leaves Ionia with several injuries. The Ionians love Lodan for his friendliness and peaceful mind. In terms of power, Lodan was known for his expertise in wielding his eleven magical spears. Each spear resembles his will to protect Ionia no matter how hard the battle is. Ever since Lodan was a child, he longed for a world where war should not be a thing anymore. Ionians have been in wars for decades, and now it is the time to step up. When Lodan came and discussed his personal thoughts to all Ionians, they all abandoned him because of the definition of his own "world". Everything has the pros and cons: in order to reach the purpose Lodan desires for, a person must become both physically and mentally "dead". People call it "The Dimensional State" - a state where people travel dimensions by dimensions and see darkness as a legitimate source of power....pretty much like Zed, but only Lodan knows the right way to do so. All he needs is time to make that idea becomes a reality for everyone. People switch from seeing Lodan as an Ionian to a threat of society. He was forced to go away from a place he once called home. Now only his will is left with him. However, the heart and blood of Ionia are still within him. He must move on because there is a goal for Lodan to achieve.... for all Ionia someday....
Passive: Unstable Condition - Cooldown: 25/20/15/10/8 - Ongoing time: 5/7/8/9/10 When Lodan' minions or allies fall, his spears absorb the souls of the dead and transfers them into dark magic. His next spear will deal 30/50/70/90/120 true damage to enemies, but Lodan will take 15% more damage from them. Alternatively, Lodan can use the souls to improve his endurance, but his damage will be reduced for a period of time. "It's one way, or another...."
Q: Hear my Call - Cooldown: 12/10/7/5/3 - Mana Cost: 50/65/80/95/110 - Range: 1200 Lodan uses his first five spears and charges them toward the enemies. Anything in the way of his spears will be pushed back dealing 25/40/65/85/120 (+0.4 AP) magic damage. Under Unstable Condition, Lodan' spears will make a scythe shape and pull enemies back a short distance towards him instead of pushing them. "Must we fight....like this?"
W: Illusion Turn - Cooldown: 20/17/12/10/8 - Mana Cost: 100 - Range: 800 One of Lodan's signature technique. With the use of dark energy, Lodan blinks right behind an enemy and pulls out his sixth and seventh spears. For the next 1 second, Lodan gains a shield that takes up to 80/100/140/160/180 (+0.5 AP) damage. Under Unstable Condition, Lodan will be untargetable during his blink. "Openings...."
E: Benefits of a Curse - Cooldown: 30/27/25/20/15 - Mana Cost: 80/110/140/160/200 - Range: 1400 Lodan starts to embrace the curse from Ionia. His eighth to tenth spears combined with his dark power create a sphere and aim at the targeted location. If the sphere hits the enemy champions then their magic resists will be reduced by 10/15/20/30/40 (+0.2 AP) points for 1 second. Lodan can cast this skill while he is in Illusion Turn. Under Unstable Condition, his spears will take 2 seconds to shoot at the target Lodan is aiming for after throwing out the sphere dealing 50/60/80/90/100/100 (0.2 AP) magic damage. The strength of the spears is so strong that pushes Lodan backward a small distance. "It's really not that bad after all."
Ult: Dimensional State - Cooldown: 100/60/40 - Mana Cost: 180/200/220 - Range: Whole map Lodan merges himself into what Ionian called "A threat to the society". Lodan finally let goes of his eleventh spear that requires a charge time of 3 seconds. After that, Lodan uses all his dark Ionian power to throw it in a straight line causing 200/400/550 (+0.4 AP) magic damage to all enemies in sight and get them slowed. During this State, Lodan' abilities will gain shorter cooldowns than normal, but he IS NOT allowed to kill anyone due to his Curse with the Spears. "Ionians, what more do you want me to prove?"
