Celesto (The Celestial Light) "Support" / Skin Theme

These days I had an inspiration to create my own champion! So I thought to share some of my ideas with riot and of course you people. Also, I thought that my ideas not only help to upload my champion, but they would help Riot to create another champion in the future! The bad is that I didn't full finish all of my thoughts, neither post an artwork. But I imagine Celesto like Lunaria from "league of angels". So let me begin and sorry for my horrible English though...

Celesto's History : Celesto (The Celestial Light) As her name testifies, Celesto is a celestial creature and an old friend of Soraka! As we know about the starchild, Soraka was the chosen one of the celestials who should help the people of Runneterra! As jealous as she was Celesto saw the decision of her people and as the time flows like water, she was trying to follow Soraka to the mortal world. She wanted to take part in Soraka's task and help her to bring kindness and love to humanity. After years then she decided to take her human form and descent herself down to the earth. The other celectials saw her and as punishment for her disobedience they called Bard to change her path and bring her back. But as all knowing about Celesto's unique power, she confused Bard and he couldn't bring her back. The only thing that Bard succeeded was to change her path ; and then she fell into the sea near to a dark land without light. She arrived on Shadow Isles which dark creatures lived there. She knew that the evil there will be imprison her and using her powers for bad tasks. Maybe she was in a mortal form but her celectial identity couldn't hide it. Her beauty and the light that springs from within her just reveals what she really is. For keeping them away she found a pond near to the sea and shielded it with her celestial magic. To spear her, her own people sent from the sky all their love as fireflies to light her up and keep her warm. Then she understood that Celesto built her own Destiny ; The mission she had to complete for eternity was to shield with light the seaside of this island and never allow the shadows to harm people.

Celesto's abilities and powers : -Passive : celestials' love (cooldown reduction : 10 sec) Celesto is sourrounding from 3 celectial "fireflies". After an auto attack fireflies hit the enemy target with basic magic damage and the 3rd one deals no damage but empowers the damage of a following auto attack from an ally. Celesto gains her passive when her (E) is up.

-(Q) Confusion(cdr:16/14/12/10/10) : Celesto sends 3 fireflies upon the head of an enemy target. For each firefly, the enemy hits instantly his nearest ally with a basic attack and the damage depending on Celesto's health. If there is not ally in the area, the enemy target hits his minions, (himself for once) or other monsters. Caution: sometimes one or two of the enemies' auto attack will be missed and that depends on Celesto's health bar. (Mana cost :80/90/100/120/120)

-(W) Vital Essence (cdr :8/7/6/5/4): Celesto heals an ally for about 30% of his missing health and gives him attack speed for 1,5 sec. Caution :this ability cannot be used on Celesto. (Mana costs :50/70/75/80/80)

-(E) The last light (cdr :10/9/8/7/6): When (E) is up she awakes her passive. As a skill, Celesto puts a firefly into a bush or a corner(near walls) and it works like a ward for a small area for about 5sec. If an ally goes upon this, he gains a shield and movement speed for 1,5 sec. If an enemy pushin' the little light, Celesto and the allies gains true sight upon him. (Mana cost :65/75/80/85/85)

(R) Dispel / Esuna ("Ultimate" cdr:30/25/20): Celesto is blessing an ally and cleanse him from all the Cc's and he gains extra armor and slow resistance for 3sec. The ultimate could cast on Celesto even if she is stunned. (mana cost:100)
