New skins for old champs

First of all, I really love this game. I only started playing a little while ago when my friends introduced me to it (almost forcefully lol). I have played many champs, but have taken to Brand specifically. As many other players will say about their own favorites, I would love to have a new skin available. I actually don't enjoy the current skins he has out there, and he happens to also have great potential for an evolving skin. He IS FIRE, so he could most certainly have a skin that say: starts as brand with small yellow flames, turns red/orange at level 6, flames grow and turn blue at level 10, then grows again and turns white at level 14....or something along those lines, with the art being White Hot Brand. I know Riot says they don't want to use submissions/ideas from gamers, but maybe they can overlook that here? ;)
