Kassadin need a buff

Hi everyone I am Gold III in LAN and actually I am playing with kassadin, this champions is versatile but his base damage is very low, althout his spell using the 70% of ability power, his spell are not very well without AP

Q: 70-170 W: 40-140 E: 80- 180 R: 80 - 120

The kassadin abilities have a horrible ratio by themselves, and the actual meta, kassadin as assasins is very bad comparing with anothers assasins
