New game mode- Power Play.

Didn't know where to put this so may as well put it here. So you know how once every now and then we get game modes like URF and All for one, well I have a new idea for one of these modes. I call it 'Power Play'. way the game mode works: -draft pick (with 3 bans a side) -everyone starts at lvl 18. -all items are free(if you want to go the extra mile.) -minions & monsters may need alittle buff to deal with all the carnage they will be receiving (or to be challenging, scale upwards of lvl 18 equivalents as time progresses) -from there it works like any normal game where teams get to slug it out, but this time they do it at full build. I feel like this would be a fun little game mode to play and helps people to try out and learn how to play and how to effectively build their champs and how to build against other champs.
