Champion Idea

I just thought of a champion, and it's a work in progress, but hear me out here. Basic Lore: He is a yordle from Bandle City named Kerc who wanted to see what the world was like outside of his hometown. He left for Zaun to expand his horizons, but discovers life's not all that it's cracked up to be. Due to an administrative mixup, he was drafted into the Zaun military and became scared out of his mind. Primary Role: Support Appearance: Kerc is a Yordle, with white fur speckled black from gun powder, carrying a World War II-esque radio on his back relative to his size. He is in a military uniform with an over-sized helmet so his face is constantly covered. His death animation will cause his helmet to essentially envelope his head, keeping the mystery of his face constant. His voice, in most situations, would be shaky and quiet, but in some cases, he would find his courage. Skins: One idea would be like forester Kerc, where he is garbed in green, and with a cloak and over-sized hood covering his face. Another would be a possible(however doubtful) Special Forces Kerc, where he is garbed in all black SWAT-like clothes, and has a gas mask to cover his face as well. Abilities: Seeing as he is a radio operator, and a coward at that, he would be played in League as a support champion. As for his abilities, I have figured out some I believe appropriate for a support of his caliber and background.

His passive would grant him scaling movement speed when facing away from an enemy for a short time and if he is taking damage _and_only if there are more than one enemy behind him. Base movement speed is 50, the max movement speed is 110 , increasing every 6th level, scaling at levels 6,12, and 18(50/70/90/110).

His Q, called Drop and Run, drops 3 mines in a triangle anywhere within 150 range at base level, increasing by 25 range each level (150/175/200/225/250). It will deal damage and a knock-up and a slow for 3 seconds, dealing 50 damage per mine at base level, increasing the damage of each mine by 15 damage per level(50/65/80/95/110). Its cooldown will be a 15 second cooldown, scaling down 1.5 seconds each level, reaching 9 seconds by level 5(15/13.5/12/10.5/9). This is a crowd control ability, and the damage and slow do not stack. Base mana cost is 50 mana, scaling up by 25 mana per level (50/75/100/125/150).

His W, called Eyes In The Sky, makes him capable of granting vision globally , for 1.5 seconds per rank (1.5/3/4.5/6/7.5), and is set to a 75 second cooldown that deteriorates by 7.5 seconds each level (75/67.5/60/52.5/45). Base mana cost is 100 mana, scaling up by 40 per level(100/140/180/220/260).

His E, called Sandbags, would have Kerc throw out a deployable sandbag wall with 0.3 second deploy time. the physical wall would last for 25 seconds or until destroyed. it blocks the first non-auto attack projectile that attempts to pass through it. it has a health bar similar to a pink ward, in that 5 AA's will destroy the wall. Each AA makes the wall deteriorate 5 seconds faster. Able to have 2 stacks of walls, and cannot place more than 2 walls at a time until either 1 or both are destroyed. Cooldown begins at 10 seconds. The mana cost starts at 50 scales down to 40 by max rank(50/47.5/45/42.5/40).

His Ult, called Hellfire Strike, allows him to call on an airstrike in an area near him 1.5x the width of Sona's ult, but about 1.25x the length of Sona's ult. Hellfire Strike will have 3 trips at level 1, 4 at level 2, and 5 at level 3. Each trip slows enemy champions for (30%/40%/50%) of their movement speed. Each trip also deals 150 magic damage, and if enemies are caught in all trips, it does an extra 150 magic damage. Scales from 150 at level 1 to 250 at level 3 (150/200/250). This makes the move do 600 damage max at level 1 and 1400 damage max level 3(600/1000/1400). While this is a lot of damage, this only happens when it scales with how long the enemy is damaged by the Ult, similar to Gangplank's Ult. Cooldown is 70 seconds at level 1, scaling down 5 seconds per level, reaching 60 seconds at level 3(70/65/60). Base mana cost is 100 mana, scaling up by 150 mana per level, maxing at 700 mana cost(100/250/400).
