The black skin is a big demand in the league community like we know that the default skin is black but the shockblade skin is extra badass so black shockblade zed is a really wanted skin plz rito

Black is likely not possible because of clarity reasons.
When a black zac chroma was leaked,they said that they had no plans to release it,because it would be hard to notice Zac in this skin when he comes out of the fog of war.
Another problem for Zed specifically is likely the fact that Zeds shadow is black(and in other skins at least darker than him),that would be problematic for a black Zed-skin.
