Champion concept: Piadra - The Time Taken Prototype
Out of the 128 or so champions, 2-3 are robots (
,
, and
), a half robot (
), and the Battlecast skin collection. Blitz was 09, Urgot was 10, and Orianna and Viktor were 11. I think it's time to add a new robot into the mix. Meet Piadra, The Time Taken Prototype.
Piadra - The Time Taken Prototype
Appearance: (This is how I imagined him) *Basically a rusted exoskeleton as the body.
*A huge tangled mess of vines that IS is body.
*His head is a box with a camera on the front, also has a little bridge over the lens like some cameras do.
*Vines wrapping around his left arm and leg, ending in the vine going into his foot and it stopping at the base of his hand but roots wrapped around his fingers
*Lens is largely cracked on the top right
He looks that way because he's supposed to be a prototype for Dr. Stanwick Pididly, who was supposed to steal the data and information that Viktor held, but he gave up on it and went for a more demolitiony approach (sorry if something says otherwise, this is just the lore that I gave this guy, correct me if I'm wrong on how he got the research). I also gave him the name Piadra because it stands for Pididly Information And Data Retrieval Android. If anyone can think of a different name that'd be lovely but I'm fine with Piadra.
Moves: (I had names but I've had this idea for a long time so I forgot all of them, the moves themselves I know)
Passive: Piadra needs energy in order to function. In certain spots around the map, energy hot spots are located (next to dragon, next to baron, one in middle of top lane, one in middle of mid, and one in middle of bot lane, any other ideas I'm all ears). If Piadra uses his W on a set location, his abilities become super charged, giving them an added bonus affect. This is kinda like Skarner, it's kinda situational but it helps you in general.
Q: Piadra throws an object a reasonable distance in front of him, causing damage to what ever it hits. If this object is his foot, Piadra can them launch to it, stunning all enemies caught between him and his foot for 1 second, since it was an immediate launch.
Super Charged: The object does splash damage and stuns the person hit directly for 1 second.
W: Piadra roots his vines into the ground below him, gaining +25 energy per second charging. His passive can be immediately activated if you press W then immediately stop charging, you get almost no energy but you can get the super charge. Good for ganks if you jg with him.
Super Charged: There is no super charge for it.
E: Piadra drops his foot where ever he stands, leaving it for later. When he drops it, he gains a 3 second slow. If 15 seconds have passed, the plant in the foot has grown to full size, giving it a 3 second stun. Piadra is also allowed to activate this ability again, causing him to fly at his foot, snatching everything in between, stunning anything caught by Piadra for how ever long. This means that if Piadra drops his foot, his foot starts to grow. After 7.5 seconds, his foot will stun not for 1 second, but 2. After another 7.5 seconds, or 15 seconds after first droppage of the foot, it'll be fully grown, stunning the enemy for 3 seconds. It only stuns if you can snatch the enemy into it though, keep that in mind. And you can only be a certain distance away from it before your foot just magnetically flies back to you, losing all the stun capability.
Super Charged: This ability can be activated again in order to allow Piadra to fly back to his original position. (Where he reactivated this ability to fly to his foot in the first place)
R: Piadra surrounds the area with a magnetic field, pulling in every champion who has attack damage above 125, 175, 225, and stunning them for a certain amount of time, depending on how much damage they do. He also roots every champion with defense or magic resist above 50, 100, 150 for how ever long, depending on their defense and magic resist. This is situational, making this champion very dangerous or very screwed. Once this move is activated, it uses ALL his energy, (it'd be wise to waste it all on pokes and stuff before wasting all of it on just an ult) and making him completely unable to move too. If there's a mage around, make sure you've build lots of MR to counteract his much poking.
Super Charged: Everyone is stunned. (including mages if you can catch them, it's not that big of an ult)
Combos and tricks: -Drop your foot (E), then pick it up and throw it into an enemy crowd (Q). After you do that, you can either ult if they try to run, or if they try to fight, charge up your energy (W) in order to stun them. This distractions will give your enemy team a little time to get there and kill the enemy, if you did this alone either your an idiot or you manage you catch one out alone and you build pure damage so you can kill them during stuns. -If a successful gank occurred and your either the jgler or a support, and the enemy is very low under the turret, you can quickly go to a super charge spot in the jg, then use your foot to launch under turret, kill them, then fly back with the super charge. -If an enemy is chasing you and is gonna kill you, you can quickly drop your foot if you have enough time to make sure they run over it. Once they're in your little fishing line you can launch back to your foot, stunning them for one second while you can get a little more of a head start on them and maybe if you can flash or so. If your really far ahead of them then you can just throw your foot ahead and launch to it. -If they are RELENTLESS then you can run through the jg, super charge, then keep running and before they can catch you you can drop your foot, and if they move out of the way just launch anyway. Then they'll probably run back to you, since you have 5 seconds to return to your original spot, you can flash over a wall, just run, do what ever to distract them from your plan. Then activate it again to get away and your home free!
I envision this guy as a tanky damager, kinda like Skarner. How Skarner can just run in there and deal high amounts of damage while taking much damage in return. Sure this guy has his flaws but that's the point of him. Everyone has flaws. And this guy is supposed to be known for his flaws and must be loved for them.
So that's Piadra, I think he'd be a good champ because there's not many robots in LoL, there's no literally broken champions in the game, and he'd be the most "stunning" support there is. ;) (cause he stuns a lot)
(Edit: I was in a hurry to post this guy so that's why he's not as good as he should be. I am also not that bright and not the best at creating champion moves and stuff (way better at champion concepts and lores and stuff (cough Riot hire me cough)) so I edited him with all the information I can remember that he had besides what was already here and a few combos and tricks that'd be useful for you if you ever get a chance to play him. Tell me if more edition is needed)
