Hey all, I recently made another champ concept relating to this one (Beta, The High-Performance Synthetic) and recently got inspired to create a version which would relate to Beta in lore. Be sure to let me know what you think down below and describe any suggestions/concerns you have! Thanks!

Alpha, The Perfected Synthetic

_ Base Stats:_

Health: 510 - 1950 (+80 per Level) Health Regen: 5.9 - 16.7 (+0.6 per Level) Mana: 350 - 1178 (+46 per Level) Mana Regen: 6.25 - 20.65 (+0.8 per Level) Ranged: 550 Attack Damage: 38.6 - 83.6 (+2.5 per Level) Attack Speed: 0.658 (+ 0 – 59.5%) Armor: 29.5 - 79.9 (+2.8 per Level) Magic Resist: 30 Movement Speed: 330

Abilites:

Passive: Overdrive

Alpha does not use mana. Instead, she uses a custom energy bar which fills overtime. The bar can hold 100 stacks and 1 stack is gained every second. When near an enemy creature when it dies, gain 1 stack, and champion kills or assists add 10 stacks. At 100 stacks, the bar begins depleting, removing all stacks over 5 seconds. During this time, Alpha gains 15% extra movement speed and all ability cooldowns are reduced by 50%. Any ability on cooldown already is also instantly refreshed. Nearby allies upon this ability activating also gain 3%(Lv.1)/4%(Lv.9)/5%(Lv.18) movement speed for this duration.

Q: Ill Respite

Alpha throws out her spear in a line dealing 70 /100/130/160/200 (+10% Attack Damage) (+10% Ability Power) physical damage to the first enemy hit, and also slowing the target by 10% for 1 second. The spear remains in that target until either Restrain Target is used, the enemy dies, or you die. ** Cooldown:** 16/15/13/11/8 seconds. ** Range:** 650

W: Mark Target

Alpha marks a target champion within range. The mark lasts for 6/7/8/9/10 seconds and during this time, the target takes an extra 5% magic damage from all abilities and attacks made against them. Alpha also gains an extra 50 range to abilities cast during this duration and also on basic attacks made against this target. ** Cooldown: 19/17/15/13/11 seconds. ** Range: 600

E: Restrain Target

Alpha activates either of the following abilities based on if they are currently in effect (both can be activated at the same time): ** Ill-Respite:** Alpha calls back her spear, ripping it from the target dealing 110/150/190/230/270 (+20% Attack Damage) (+20% Ability Power) magic damage, pulling the target towards Alpha over a 350 unit distance, and slowing them by 20% for 1.5/2/3 seconds. ** Mark Target:** Alpha reveals the target for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds and propels them toward her over a 300 distance, slowing them by 20% for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds. ** Cooldown: **22/20/18/16/14 seconds.

R: Perfected Synthetic

Alpha unlocks her full potential for a brief time period. All allies within 350/375/400 units of Alpha gain 10% movement speed, 10% Attack Damage equal to Alpha’s total Attack Damage, and 10% Ability Power equal to Alpha’s total Ability Power for 5/5.5/6 seconds. Additionally, all of the affected champion's non-ultimate abilities are immediately refreshed. Cooldown: 100/90/80 seconds.

Question about the Ultimate interaction, are you saying all of alphas cds will be refunded or all nearby allies cooldowns would be refunded because id kind of shoot myself if syndra can press r and then r again with an extra 9 spheres......

This looks like a really good support champion that I would play! How would you build her though(item wise) she seems kind of hybrid like. Also I do realize she could and would be played in other roles, I just main support and think she has a good kit for it, especially if you combo her q, w, and e on the same person, or different people.
