A certain Issue with boots and Vel'koz

I've noticed that the likes of Nami and Cassiopeia have had the honour of being featured in many artworks wearing boots the proper way (on the head of course). To maintain the fairness and avoid discrimination between endoskeletal lifeforms and invertebrates, I have submitted an art piece in honor of my beloved vel'koz wearing them the WRONG way! However ever since the mage update, I find he has been banned a little too often . If you find my fan-art sucks... I'm sorry u.u but my tentacle-eye coordination is not on point...
