Purchasing System

Don't you always feel like buying a champion with IP but then feel dissatisfy and want to refund. Riot doesn't give us that option, once we buy champion in IP there no refund and I feel like they should do something about that. They should try to fix and make the refund button a bit more useful, make it so IP refund is possible and at least let us play one game with the champ and the champ is still refundable....if that make sense. That what I think...What do you guys think?.
