There's a lot of slows already. What about say, Frost armor granting 8 / 16 / 24 (up to 36 w/Elder) armor and MR? Flat values over %s because tanks with % resist stats become balance risks while squishies get next to nothing. Or %DR which is on tanks and squishies alike. Of course Infernal doesnt help Tanks much either.
Or add Aether dragons, that JUST give gold albeit significantly more than nornal.
