Dear riot? as the lord of time o.o his abilities make no sense? and barely even make sense as a support champ. If you really want to make him THE TIME-LORD (Support). Just look up Orihime's power's from the anime series bleach. Maybe abilities that don't heal but actually reverse damage done within a certain period of time thus REVERSING Nukes. Maybe s field that "stops time"..etc. Anime nerds back me up here o.o
i mean really? the e makes total sense. But with a BOMB o.o being his main damage dealer?( a bomb riot...really...he is the LORD OF TIME). His w kind of makes sense but is mostly just a reset for de' bombs o.o.
I find his passive to be pretty useless, plus his mana costs are ridiculous
