Sarcastic Englishman Tahm Kench

So...not sure about anyone else but after seeing Tahm and hearing his voice over, I am wondering if I am the only one wanting to have a skin where John Bain, aka Totalbiscuit, does the voiceover for him. Not sure what it is, but something about his lines made me think of TB.

One way I could see this being done is do a Gentleman skin except call it something that is somewhat synonymous with TB's tagline of Cynical Brit... But that's just the wish of a hopeful LOL player.
