New Skin for Kled. The High Noon Kled.

Hello, i played Kled one game and saw in him perfect champ for high noon skin. The SKARL would be changed to a Horse. Kled's Q would be throwing a Lasso, like cowboys. The W would be standard, just Kled atacking things with (plot twist) the metal thing to mark animals, With K on it, like Kled. The other kind on Q (Unjousted) would be shot form a revolver. W would be normal, but ofcourse thw metal thingy would be red from bein hot, so you might know its activated. The E would be normal Ride on horse. R would be very fast ridin, Kled usin his cowboy boots with stars to make Skarl Faster.
