Anivia Channeling Ult while Egg'd

I think while is in egg form, starting from level 6 she should be allowed to channel her ult while in egg form. The radius scales with her level and the damage scales with each level of her ult (1/4, 1/3, 1/2 normal R damage) while channeling at half the mana cost. Thoughts?

so she should be allowed to zone people who might be low heath from all inning her and barely bringing her to egg form by placing her ult on top of herself then?

Anivia already has a ridiculous innate, don't overbuff it
