Fiddlesticks update?

ChampUp has brought a lot of relics out of obscurity and back into the spot light. Now I know there are worse champions out there (even though I can't think of a single one) but I'd like to know when, or if at all, there is going to be a rework for Fiddlesticks, the only champion that has to stand still to do anything. I mean, even Kog can hit R from a distance and kite like that. Fidds has been my favorite champ since I started back in Season 2, and all though he had his moments where he was good, he's NEVER been in Meta. I mean come on, the newest line up of jungle items basically reads "no scarecrows aloud". I like to think that he's just the victim of unfortunate circumstances, I remember seeing a vid where a Riot member said that he was one of the favorites around the office, but how long is he going to be ignored?
