Bard ultimate skin

I know bard has fallen slightly from grace since 2 years ago (counting from 2017) but there is one concept i think lends itself greatly for a potential legendary skin: the Plague. The black death as it was also called killed over half of Europes population when it struck. However some see it as more of a culling of the herd, killing off the lower classes and making the entire remaining polulace richer. The economy flourished once it was over, with all the inheritances everyone got. Cities became cleaner and the Renaissance might not have been possible without it. The world wasn' t ready for the populations it had to support and the Plague corrected that. This is why it fits bard thematically (i think). I know black scourge singed already appeals to the plague doctor look so in looks I imagined more like a Tengu with a trenchcoat and a plague doctor mask. His trail would be reminiscent of a black vapor and his sounds would be a tad darker. Another possibility is replacing his sounds with bell sounds like were sounded when a plague wagon passed but that would require extensive work that would probably not pay out in the experience and detract from bards identity.

Now let this idea sink into oblivion since nobody cares about skin ideas without artwork.
