New Champion Concept - Kyrus the Executor

This is gonna go FAST!!

• PASSIVE - "Vindicator" - Kyrus grants nearby allies 15% more armor, and magic resistance.

• 2nd PASSIVE - "Lasso Mark" - Kyrus is able to purchase an item that grants him additional attack damage, and life steal. The item is a noose which allows him to mark a nearby champion. This champion is "Lasso'd" and receives extra damage from his ultimate.

• Q - "Spurred Pursuit" - Kyrus lobs his chain towards an enemy, knocking down and rooting them for 0.5 seconds and applying a bleed DoT that grants him vision of the target and deals true dmg over time.

• W - "Capital Punishment" - Kyrus gains bonus armor penetration, armor, and attack damage as well as a decaying movement speed buff.

• E - "Whips and Stones" - Kyrus buffs his next auto-attack making him use a whip opposed to his execution axe. This happens after a circular area is selected to rain down stones for the next 4 seconds.

• R - "The Gallows" - Kyrus selects an enemy and knocks them up, then suspending them in air for 2 seconds by a spiritual noose which drains their health for the next 10 seconds after falling.
