Skin concept: Dragon Fist Fizz (Chinese Fizz)

Fizz would be dressed as a chinese monk, and his trident would instead be a gùn (chinese staff)

Instead of throwing a lure that would attract a shark, he would throw an Asian carp, that would attract a Long (chinese dragon) that would eat it. This is a reference to a chinese legend where carps can become dragons (a legend from which Gyarados was based).
