garen and tryd new skins

i was thinking that garen an trydamere have not had a new skin in a long time and i have a few ideas about it look me up if you can create a new skin because i cant. i was thinking of new kind of garen like dark magic and for tyrd his back story changes and he is a more ranged character instead of a melee only character.
