[Champion Concept] Psykys, The Red Vigilante [REDONE]

As you can tell from the title, I've redone his kit. Essentially, Psykys is built to have a powerful early game, not having mana and such. However, he's also built to take on multiple people at once, gaining bonus AD and AP whenever nearby enemy champions are there. The idea is, he's absurdly powerful in the early game as an asset, but isn't a very good team fighter; in fact, he gains insane damage in a 1v5 situation. He's also a hybrid; however, due to his partial auto-reliance (his ultimate, Vigilante's Judgement), he's very single-target. As a side-effect, however, it completely wrecks the target. Thematically, he's about analyzing his enemies, and then diving in and destroying them.

Psykys Devaal The Crimson Reaper Assassin/Mage

[P] Loner: Psykys gains a stack of Loner for every nearby enemy champion, but loses one stack for every nearby allied champion. This stacks up to five times. For every stack of Loner he has, he gains 20 bonus AD and 30 bonus AP.

[Q] Molecular Disassembly Ray: 13 second cooldown Psykys fires off a beam in one direction, dealing 90/120/150/180/210(+65% AD)(+55% AP) magic damage. Does not pass through enemy champions, but stuns them for 1 second.

[W] Malevolent Rush: 18/16/14/12/10 second cooldown Psykys dashes forward, dealing 60/75/90/105/120(+150% AD)(+30%AP) physical damage to enemies in his path. Damage is reduced by 10% for every enemy he passes through.

[E] Psychological Warfare: 8 second cooldown Psykys passively analyzes all nearby enemy champions, reducing their armor and magic resist by 8% after being nearby them for 3 seconds, up to a maximum of 30 armor and magic resist, and marking them as Analyzed for 5 seconds or until moving away from him. Actively, Psykys detonates all stacks of Analyzed on nearby enemy champions, dealing 75/100/125/150/175(+55% AP) magic damage and granting him 15% attack speed for every champion hit.

[R] Vigilante’s Judgement: 120 second cooldown (after suppress ends) Psykys’ next attack deals 150/200/250(+30% AP) bonus true damage, suppressing the target for 1 second. Continued attacks to this target within 4 seconds increase the duration of this by 0.5 seconds, up to a maximum of 2.5 total seconds. If this unit dies while suppressed, Psykys gains 40% increased movement speed and 50% increased attack speed, allowing this to be recast after 1 second. If this is not recast within 10 seconds, it will go on cooldown.
