Lazy River Kench

I'm hoping riot releases some summer skins again this year (pool party line). I want Tahm to get a skin that is actually a nice skin. I was thinking a summer theme would be great. Put a big floatie around him, have his tongue be a beach towel slap and just have fun with it.
