Ranked 1v1 instaid of 5v5?

We all head the problem op losing a ranked game cuz of your team. Its not Always thair fault but it can hold you back from going to higher ello's. So my idea was of ranked 1v1 instaid of 5v5. I whant your opinion on this subject what do you think about this?
