[Suggestion] Link League Of Legends account to your Phone!

So i was thinking today about what riot games can do to their new client in order to prevent a lot of things such as : Eloboosting, getting hacked , etc... Why dont they do the authentication system that Steam and Blizzard has to link their phone to the league accounts ?
