Lore Story Dying is for the Weak: The soft patter of rain hitting the ground was accompanied by a beautiful singer’s voice; it provided an accurate metronome. The singer was an elegant young woman in a simple white robe and red dress. A single rose sat atop her head. Tears were shed as the music echoed throughout the theatre. She moved flowingly with the music. The last note echoed through the hall and song ended. The crowd began to cheer but it abruptly ended. Everything seemed to be frozen in time. “"The weft and weave of fate guides our people to their death.” A calm voice echoed. “You know you can’t kill me.” Said the singer, Rose. She procured a hidden sword from her dress. It was completely white and had a cupped guard. The blade was slightly curved. It was made from the bones if a primordial being. Mist encompassed the blade and formed a protective arc around Rose. Arrows emerged from the darkness. She parried them with ease and started to sing. The song which describes all existence. Everything stopped. A shadow had frozen right in front of Rose, baring a mouthful of teeth. A lamb stood in the distance. Rose could easily kill them, but they would simply return. She killed them anyways.

555 - 2000 HP (+85) 9 - 21.75 HP/5, (+0.75) 290 - 630 MP, (+20) 5.2 - 12 MP/5, (+0.4) 72 - 140 AD, (+4) 0.36 - 0.666 Attack Speed (+5%) 15 - 49 Armor (+2) 34.5 - 60 MR (+1.5) 325 MS 175 Range

Decent stats, high AD, horrible attack speed and armor. Basically can't attack early game unless she uses a spell. Gets destroyed by AD champions but is melee. High MR. No mobility.

Passive: Songweaving Attacks lower the cooldowns of spells by 1 second All spells are auto attack resets

All spells are auto attack resets and have long wind down animations so the champion is intended to animation cancel everything.

Q: Dissonance Slash Active: Rose slashes her sword, dealing damage to all enemies hit. Cancels all projectiles hit and applies on-hit effects. (60%/70%/80%/90%/100% AD) physical damage 40/60/80/100/120 Mana 10 second cooldown(6 at max cdr) 0.2 second wind up, 0.4 second wind down 200 Range, 1200 speed, 250 radius

Main source of damage, kind of like an auto attack but not really. Very hard to actually hit any projectiles with it, only lasts ⅙ of a second and has a long wind up.

W: Resonance Slash Active: Ground targeted AoE skillshot in a cone, dealing damage and slowing all enemies hit by 90% decaying over 0.25/0.5/0.75/1/1.25 seconds 80/110/140/170/200 + (30% AP) + (60% bonus AD) magic damage 30/35/40/45/50 Mana 15 second cooldown(9 at max cdr) 0.1 second wind up, 0.5 second wind down 450 Range, 450 speed, 0 - 400 radius

Think really slow Riven R with half range and CC. This is Rose's only source of CC besides her ult and it travels slowly so it's very hard to hit except at melee range.

E: Voice of the Intoner Active: You gain a 30/35/40/45/50 + (10% AP) health shield 20 Mana 8/7/6/5/4 second cooldown (4.8/4.2/3.6/3/2.4 at max cdr) 0.2 second wind up, 0.5 second wind down

Main cooldown resetting spell. Max this first.

R: Final Song Rose sings for 3 seconds, stunning all units which hear her song until they leave the radius

Putting a point in this spell unlocks a passive: The First Song, Dissension: Dissonance Slash does true damage The Second Song, Distortion: Resonance Slash stuns instead of slowing The Third Song, Alacrity: Movement speed is increased by (50 + (10% AP)) and you are ghosted The Fourth Song, Soul: You heal 15% of all damage you deal, 33% effective for AoE The Fifth Song, Echoes: Voice of the Intoner affects all allies with 1000 range

150/120/90 second cooldown(90/72/54 at max cdr) 0.5 second wind up, 0.5 second wind down

This hits allies so you can win or lose a teamfight with it. Enemies and allies have 0.5 seconds to react Dissenson gives more damage Distortion gives more cc Alacrity makes up for lack of mobility Soul = Gunblade Echoes helps allies Also upgrading a song adds a layer of background music

Feedback is welcome, mostly balancing.

Edit 1: E Number changes and buffs on ult, W stun moved

Hey there.

Looking the kit over, it seems like an interesting champion concept, though I'm uncertain about the balance aspects of it. Looking over things, just at first glance, I'm seeing the following.

15% Life Steal/Spell Vamp as a Passive Passive Movement Speed Increase of 50+ anywhere between 5 and 60 (approximate range, based on AP of 50 to 600...) Her Ultimate is a Point-Blank Neutrally-Targeting (but self excluding?) 3 Second Stun (similar to a Bard Ult, without the Invulnerability.) Her Main source of damage can also deflect projectiles if timed properly, and later in the game deals all of its damage as True Damage, and grants an Auto-Attack reset, and applies on-hit effects. A cone-effect AoE Stun, available between once every 15 (down to 9 with CDR) seconds, which also deals damage and grants an Auto-Attack reset. A minor shield effect on a low cooldown (so essentially a minor damage mitigation effect) which grants an Auto-Attack reset.

It seems to me that she could fit a few roles. Her ultimate makes her an obvious Initiator (because she doesn't want to be around her teammates when she uses it), and once she's used it it gives her time to line up her Resonance Slash for another 1.5 seconds, for a total of 4.5 seconds of AoE stun potential. That's some nice lock-down potential. Add in the fact that it grants auto-attack resets, it means she's going to pummel the enemy between each ability, while simultaneously regenerating a good deal of health (if she's got enough damage from items.) Of course, since her "main damage" ability will be hitting for True Damage, this also makes her a tank-buster. And with her movement speed increase and ignoring unit collision, she will be able to stick to anyone as long as she hasn't been CC'd, and even then has a good chance to catch up to them.

There's aspects of AD Fighter in there, but given the amount of CC she can deliver for an engage, (or simply to lock down a lane opponent or two), she's also got promise as a tank. Straight up True Damage means that she'll be able to dish out damage that's not getting mitigated, so if she builds tanky she can withstand the enemy's attacks, reduce incoming damage with her small, but almost always available shield, and she's got plenty of mid to late game sustain on top of strong base AD scaling, so she'll deal decent damage even without too many flat AD items.

The obvious tactic that screams to me is:

Dive the enemy team, either by walking into their front line, letting them engage on her, or flash-engaging then immediately dropping her ult. While the enemy is stunned, she repositions and as the 3 seconds is coming to an end, she hits her Dissonance Slash for another 1.5 second stun. Anyone hit by the Stun will be locked down long enough to get burst down by a combination of her (with those constant auto-attack resets) and her allies (who don't have to worry about catching the enemy team to the face for the duration of her CC.) She's got built in sustain, so she can dish out AD and True Damage to keep herself topped off, all while some tank items and her shields reduce damage that's focused on her.

I would highly consider playing her as a tank, or a heavy-defense Fighter.

I'm wondering if the combination of the constant attack resets with the True Damage on her main damage ability might be a bit much on top of her ability to lock a team down while she annihilates a squishy (which also makes her almost assassin-like in a sense, save for lacking any skill for diving into the fray or singling a target out.)

I like the concept though, and it feels like it's a kit that you would want a lot of cooldown built into to be able to let her abilities chain together as often as possible, since it's a thing of "E" auto "Q" auto "E" auto "W" auto, auto "E"... and repeat as possible. It seems like a chain which would want to be fluid, keeping a constant "tempo" which matches the Bardic/Song-Caster feel.

That said, she seems like she'd be weak early on, then turn into an oppressive monster in the mid to late game, regardless of whether you went for a Fighter build path or a Tank build path.

Is that your intent with this concept?

This seems a lot like Riven. Aoe damage on Q, Aoe stun on W, shield on e. Add onto the fact that you designed her to animation cancel, which is pretty much Riven's whole schtick. The Stun on the ult may be a little overkill, since she already has one, but otherwise the unique effects are interesting. Kind've like a Kha evolution but no choices, she'd be a lategame monster with little early game presence. The shield values are laughably weak, don't be afraid to beef them up a little.
