Death Knight Champion

I don't know about anyone else but I was thinking, how awesome it would be if Riot created a champion that revolved around dotting enemies with abilities. For example the Q can be a death pull, a fair range not to far but not to short either. It would be equivalent to Blitz crank's grab but instead it would be a for sure pull 100% of time if you are in range. Now that gets us to the W, this would be a sort of AOE that pulses on the Dead Knight's feet, if any enemy stands near, it will deal dot damage along with heal the knight a certain percentage, and the dot would increase in stacks the longer one stands in (enemy wise). The E would increase the armor and magic resist passively, and shot out a spell coil at the enemy doing damage upon cursor over . Now the Ult (R) would just be painful. The frigid knight calls before him a swirling frost storm doing dot damage and increase all damage taking by x% as well as slow any champion that gets caught in the storm by x amount. if in the storm the full duration the enemy becomes hard as ice and is stunned for x seconds.

of course some things can be tweaked but i think its a good start to a tanky DOT champion.
