Create a New Summoner Spells

I have a idea. Although this spell is somewhat similar to the previous one. Yes,that is evolution. this spell can Enhanced ability around the minions. At the game start. it's only give 30% up .Blood,attack,size,defence. More than 30 minutes(maybe 40), it will become 100%. And this spell can't be Superimposed. Of course the minion get the kill is counted in the summoner.
