Lore


Dishui, born to a family that worshipped Nagakabouros, was forced to become the strongest Truth Bearer. She was trained every day, every night to become the strongest in 100 generations. Upon her test, few were strong enough to become a Truth Bearer. Waiting for her results, she eased her emotions, drowning them in her happiness. She soon found out that Illaoi, her older sister, had become the Truth Bearer. As she congratulated Illaoi's accomplishment, her sister told her that she could still find a way to worship her god directly. Dishui soon saw that the people that did not worship her god needed help from someone like her. She had found a way to help her god.


Abilities


Passive - Tongue of Nagakabouros: Dishui slams her bell with the tongue of Nagakabouros every 7/6/5 seconds. Allies are healed for 40/90/140(+10% HP) health every time she slams her bell. Enemies take 40/90/140 (+10% HP) damage. Allies or enemies that are hit by 3 consecutive slams are sped up or slowed by 20%.

Q - Bell Strike: Dishui slams her bell with her tongue, healing and damaging, while also sending a sound wave outward, pushing enemies away, dealing 10/11/12/13/14% of each enemy's maximum health. Using this decreases the cooldown of her next passive slam by 1 second.

W - Clam Bell: Dishui slams her bell down on a target champion for 2.5/3/2.5/4/4.5 seconds, dealing 50/60/70/80/90 (+40% AD) (+10% HP) physical damage if the target is an enemy. Allies are shielded for 10/20/40/80/160 (+10% HP) for 3 seconds afterward. Allies and enemies are affected twice as much by Dishui's ring while inside the bell. During this time, Dishui must stay within 200/250/300/350/400 range of the bell.

E - War Drums: Passive: Dishui creates a Spirit Guard wherever she uses Bell Strike or Tongue of Nagakabouros. Up to three can be active at a time. Each Spirit Guard constantly heals nearby allies for 5/6/7/8/9 (+.1% HP) health per second, which can stack to 15/18/21/24/27 (+.3% HP) per second. Active: Dishui slams her bell onto the ground, collecting all nearby Spirit Guards to one place, healing a target ally for 70/100/130/160/190 (+10% HP) health over 2 seconds.

R - Spiritual Alignment: Dishui sacrifices all Spirit Guards to heal her entire team for 100/200/300 (+10% HP) instantly. Her next 3 Bell Strikes or Tongue of Nagakabouros have their effects increased by 25/50/75%.

I really like the ability concept you have going here, but the numbers need some huge adjustment (level one having a heal for roughly 120 every 7 seconds that also deals that much damage to enemies is absolutely ridiculous). Other than that, I love the concept, just needs to be nerfed hardcore XD. summoner 30

Uhh why does she hold the bell with her tongue. Aside from the fact that I dislike Illaoi.... and their race in general (I'm not racist, just uhh don't like tentacles that much...), this is mostly a cool champion concept. Good work!

About her lore: i doesn't seem to fit Illaoi's, her god doesn't seem to be the kind of god that would like helping people. (i use illaoi and she never stops talking about her god not being kind and stuff).

Passive: actually a very interesting concept, though lowering the cooldown would, in some scenarios, make it harder to time the consecutive hits. The stats are too strong though, in the way it provides insane sustain, at least with the heal, you can take Alistair's as a base of AoE healing over time. But just by looking at it, i would say the healing at the lower levels shouldn't be more than 10 in total per 7 seconds (either scale solely with her bonus HP or a fixed number /lvl), which is already around doubling the allies regeneration, and that without considering Qs healing. And to be able to proc the 3 consecutive hits on an enemy, you would need to engage every 7 seconds exactly.

Q: Without knowing the heal/damage, the only thing i could say is that it would be more interesting if instead of lowering the passive's CD, it would directly proc it. In fact, you could just make it kinda like. "knocks enemies into the air /knocks them back dealing [X damage] and procs her passive". This would help her control her passive a bit more while giving a way of actually being able to get the 3 procs.

W: It would be interesting if the bell clinged to the target champion, that would make it so if it hits an enemy, it would still potentially give your allies speed while chasing it. Also would make a good W -> Q combo.

E: Passive: Absolutely broken. You need to understand that Bot-lane is an attrition war and she is giving insane healing without even using her mana. I would change this passive to something like "every time she uses a basic ability or her passive is triggered by itself, she gains a stack" Active: Consumes 2 stacks to leave a token on the ground, if she or an ally picks it up, their next autoattack will be empowered with "deals [X] extra damage and grants MS" when proced.

R: I think she has enough healing and as a tank, should provide something else: "gives all nearby allies the E empowerment effect and for the next 10 seconds, she gains 5/7.5/10 % damage reduction and her passive's CD is reduced by 1/2/3 seconds".


I like her tank/healer priestess theme, hope you like my suggestions :D
