[Champion Concept] Tenrys, Guardian of Demacia (Support Champion)

I've found myself mostly at home playing support champions this season and while I enjoy them, there is a decided lack of those to choose from, especially in a play style I enjoy. I wanted a Support/Tank whose principal role was wading in closer in a team fight and bringing a more direct sustain to the game and a passive that was best encouraged them being in the fray assisting their team. That said, here is my concept for his ability load out:

Tenrys, Guardian of Demacia (Support Champion)

(Passive) - Inner Faith For every enemy champion damaged by Consecrated ground within the last 10 seconds Tenrys gains a buff to his next radiant light, increasing the healing done or damage dealt by 2/4/6% based on the champions hit. Consumption of this effect places Inner Faith on cooldown for 15 seconds.

(Q) - Radiant Light (8 sec cooldown. Radiant Light applies may apply on hit effects.) When cast on an enemy champion, deals (bonus AP damage) and radiates half the damage amount dealt before resistances as healing to each allied champion nearby. When Cast on friendly target, Heals for (base + AP multiplier) and radiates 25% of the amount healed as damage to nearby enemy champions (15% to minions).

(W) - Consecrated Ground (Stores up to 2 charges, 30 sec recharge, 10 second cooldown) Consecrates the ground (increased radius per rank) dealing (base + %AP) damage to all enemies within. Allies standing within are healed for (1/3/5%) of damage dealt up to 10% of their maximum health. Damage cause by Tenrys' allies cause him to be shielded for (2/4/6%) of damage dealt, up to a maximum of 30% of his maximum health._ Damage dealt by Tenrys does not shield him_.

(E) - Sworn Oath (Passive/Active) For each rank of Sworn Oath the champion and their allies within (Short Distance) are passively healed (base + 6/9/12% AP ) per 12/9/6 seconds. Sworn Oath can be activated to shield nearby allies for 3 seconds, reducing incoming damage by 30% but disabling Sworn Oath's Passive for 30 seconds.

(R) - Aegis of Demacia (Global. 180 sec coldown, cannot be self-cast) After channeling for 1.5 seconds, light rains down upon a selected champion, channeled up to 8 seconds, draining 100 mana per second during channel duration. Allied champion gains bonus Magic Damage per basic attack (15% of Tenrys' AP) and gain a shield equal to the amount of damage done by their basic attacks and abilities for the duration, sharing (25%) the shielded amount among nearby allies while Tenrys channels.

The idea behind Tenrys is that he can assist his team in combat using Radiant Light and Consecrated Ground to help change the tide of a fight. Balancing careful placement of Consecrated Ground and making use of his Inner Faith Passive would become the hallmark of a strategic player. Sworn Oath forces Tenrys to stand near the edge of a fight or in the midst of it to heal allies passively (and thus risk being focused down), he can activate his passive to shield allies briefly but then loses his primary sustain and must choose his Radiant Light targets carefully to make a meaningful contribution. As far as Ultimates go a channel time on Aegis of Demacia to activate it means Tenrys players would have to coordinate it's use properly, and given it must be channeled it means that Tenrys would be unable to participate in a team fight directly with his other abilities or risk being interrupted.

He would be a melee support with his (Q) and (W) abilities being targeted effects and his (E) having a small radius (Think Sona Aura range). Just my two cents in a forum full of them. Cheers fellow Summoners.
