Leprechaun Gnar Skin?

Since St Patrick's day is coming up, I was thinking about the number of St Patrick's day skins there are and only saw Leprechaun Veigar and Shamrock Malphite. I thought of Leprechaun Gnar. He'd wear a leprechaun outfit in at least his mini form.

Abilities His Mini Q could be a Shamrock toss in place of a boomerang. His Mega Q could be Pot o' Gold Throw. His Mini W could have a clover appear on each hit, resulting in a 3 leaf clover. I couldn't think of anything for Mega W. His E in either form could have him do a Leprechaun hop. And finally his Ult could have a rainbow trail in his claw marks. If he stuns a unit with his ult, gold/ shamrocks could fly up against the wall.
