The Yordle Dragoon (original drawing)

I drew this picture a few years ago and have pondered the thought of a Champion in League of Legends who's abilities (passive or ultimate) can be altered/buffed based on Dragon kills, or, at the very least, has a passive that increases damage vs Dragons and also increases his allies damage vs Dragons.

Currently the only champion who has any unique interactions with Dragons is Mord. I have always enjoyed Yordles and neither Fizz, Pantheon, or J4 have every really fit the "Final Fantasy" Dragoon theme I have always wanted to play. I feel like a Yordle would be a neat candidate.

Also, props for the Chocobo Knight Kled skin! So, thoughts or ideas?
