New Item for APCs

So I love playing off meta champs as well as certain champs in different ways. Specifically things like Diana and attack speed Lulu. Why not make a new item to let them play more like attack carries? This item could be toggleable with a cooldown, and reduce your ability damage, but convert your attacks into a potion of your ability power? The only way for an attack speed mage is a Nashors Tooth + their kit abilities. This would allow ADCs played elsewhere if at all, and still have a real attack carry who is squishy with high damage output. The new possibilities of character play would be huge. The item could even allow crits or other things like use life steal, and I would be really excited to see how many new champions would see the meta again with it.
