Champion Concept: Vera

So, I might have a fetish for crossbows, so I decided to try and create my own design for a new (Possible ADC) champion. I have the design, I just need help with abilities and all that juicy stuff :3

Anyone ready for a challenge? I imagine her as some kind of ghost/ shadow-hunter, soul stealer, someone who's purpose is to hunt down those. I haven't really brought too much thought into her yet, but I just wanted to quickly share her to get some inspiration from other people so that we could make something awesome! :3

Just me going off the top of my head so stats and cooldowns are more just me saying if they should be up quick, moderate, or very long and such, not exactly what they should be. Hopefully this gives you some inspiration or something, sorry if this seems like a grab bag of other abilities, just me giving some ideas. Also I'm terrible with coming up with names of abilities

Passive- Every 40-20 seconds Vera's next 2 auto attacks (one for each crossbow assuming she has one on her other hand) gains bonus magic damage and applies Soul Shatter to enemies hit for a period of time. Whenever Vera hit's with an ability or auto attack, the cooldown of this goes down by a couple of seconds.

Q- Vera fires a piercing bolt in a direction, going through minions (medium distance, little longer then auto attack range), if an enemy champion is hit, they are slowed for a short while and the bolt sticks in them for a period of time, as long as the enemy struck is in a certain distance (think like a leblanc or karma chain, maybe not the same distance, but the idea of an area around you), your passive recharges faster, if your passive activated while the bolt is still in the enemy, they immediately are soul shattered and take damage.

W- Passive- Soul Shattered enemies are revealed on the map. Active- Vera gains increased attack speed for a moderate amount of time, Soul Shattered enemies hit during this period takes bonus damage, (don't know if it would be %max or a flat amount)

E- Vera jumps a short distance in a direction and fires two bolts, one at the start of the movement and one at the end of the movement. These bolts apply on hit effects. Soul Shattered enemies are slowed by X% for a couple of seconds. (you could also do something like, the first hit slows, if they are hit by the second they are stunned or something similar)

R- Vera's either throws a magical circle (size of around a max range Fizz ult) or summons one a small to medium direction away, after 2-4 seconds, the circle erupts and damages all enemies inside, Soul Shattered enemies nearby the circle are pulled towards it.

The main idea is working around your passive, in which you are stronger against enemies that are affected by it, while you can somewhat control it with your abilities shortening it for you, there will be windows where it just went down for counterplay, while also making Vera scary to fight if you are affected by the debuff. The Q and W help you get your passive up while your E is your main mobility. Again, just some ideas. Hope this helps you in someway and thank you for reading.
