Game Mode Idea: Battle for the Meeps

Idea for a featured game mode: Everyone plays Bard on Summoners Rift. Chimes can be collected by either team and collecting one gives bonuses to your entire team. Periodically, Mega Chimes appear at the Rift Scuttler locations, and can be contested like Skarner Shrines! Collecting a Mega Chime gives 15 chimes for your entire team as well as a longer speed boost and greater XP gain!

I'd go with all champions able to collect meeps so there's better fighting than 10 bard ults then resorting to slapping each other with meeps.

Would love to collect Meeps as Teemo to help someone as cool as Bard. ^.^
