Introduction
I been think of a concept for a champion that uses a scythe has a main weapon for combat. This champion would be a skirmisher with good mobility and cc. He will use his scythe as a way to control the flow of battle until he can land the fatal blow.
Lore
Gin is a shadow slayer that reside in Bilgewater, he is task with protecting traveler from the creature of the shadow isle. Gin is a very skill weapon maker he makes his own customize weapon for battle. His favorite resource he use when he is making his weapon is an ore called "Luminium". Luminium is a metal that absorb kinetic energy and then release the energy has light and heat energy. His favorite weapon of choose is a scythe that he calls "Lightsaviour". While in battle the blade will light up blinding the target and giving him the opportunity to deal the fatal blow. On one fateful day while he was heading home from one of his mission he knowth a group of traveler being attacked by shadow creatures. Gin quickly jumped in to battle the creature he throw down one of his light grenade to blind them. The burst of light reflected off his silver coat reducing their vision and lowering their guard. In a blink of an eye all the creatures were defeated. The traveler regain their vision and for a second thought death himself has come for them but then realize they were saved. From that day Gin was know has the "Silver Reaper".
Abilities
Passive: Luminous Blade
Whenever Gin attack an enemy he builds up his kinetic energy bar, once the bar reach 100% his scythe blade will start to glow reducing all defence around him by 7/10/13%.
Q: Kinetic Release
CoolDown: 10/9/8/7/6sec Mana: 50/60/70/80/90
Passive: After every 3 auto attack Gin will deal bonus magic
Active: Gin will let loose a blinding flash of light that will damage enemies for 80/120/160/200/240 ( +70ap). Any enemy facing Gin will be blinded for a duration of time.
W: Swift Movement
CoolDown: 15 sec Mana: 20/30/40/50/60
Active: Gin can store up 2 charge of Swift movement that allow him to dash to an area.
- Dashing Forward: If Gin dashes Forward he will extend his scythe and pull enemies toward him.
- Dashing Backward: If Gin dashes backwards he will leave behind a grenade that will detonate and slow enemies
E: Light Bombardment
CoolDown: 15/13/11/9/7sec Mana: 20/30/40/50/60
Active: Gin Charges up his attack then throw a bombardment of flash grenades at a location damaging enemies 60/100/140/180/220 ( +70ap). The longer he charge it the further it casting range.
R: Lights Out
CoolDown: 75/65/55 sec Mana: 80/100/120
First Active: Gin start twirling his scythe in front of him reducing all incoming attack by 50% and ricocheting all projectile attack has 5% of his max health has damage to all enemy in a 200 range.
Second Active: He rush forward slicing through any enemy in his way for 220/300/380 ( +10% of missing health)
