New Champion Ideas - Freljord Champ

So if there is one thing that almost everyone in League loves, it's the champions and their stories. I long for the day when we can see these stories come to life on either the big screen, the little screen, or the computer screen. For now however, we will just have to settle for Riot periodically telling us stories through the game. With that said, lets talk about some new champion ideas shall we. If we're lucky maybe some RITO members will see our discussion and take our ideas into consideration.

Frostguard Ice Giant - This champion idea of mine is, as it sounds, a giant character, though probably not as big as or . This champion would side with and the Frostguard, mainly because it's just her and at the moment. He would be around the size of maybe and , maybe even a little bit bigger. He would be covered in Black Ice, like the kind from 's magic, and wielding a large claymore sword made of True Ice, still deciding if it should be regular or black. I feel the champ, or at the very least his species, could have some sort of tie to the Watchers, like the Iceborn. In terms of gameplay I am considering his ties to the Freljord and think he would be a tank champ with high CC capabilities, possibly along the lines of being a Juggernaut maybe. I also have an idea for his Q, W, E, and Ult. His Q would be a skill shot that has him slamming his sword down, where an ice wave would then follow, similar to 's own Q, anyone hit by the sword would be stunned while anyone hit by the ice wave would be slowed. His W would be a sort of knockback, where he swings his sword and knocks back whoever it hits, like 's ult but to a lesser degree. His E would be an active ability that goes along with his auto. Once activated his autos stack on whichever champion he hits, and once five stacks are made the sixth hit freezes the champ in place for a couple of seconds. I feel once the E ability does it's job the player can just let lose the dmg onto them. Concerning his ult, and adding to my belief that he can be a Juggernaut, it's an ability where he charges down a lane, like and ult's, and essentially charges through whichever enemy champs he hits. This knocks them to the side and slows them at the same time. I feel his ult would be a great determinate for teamfights if used right. As for his passive, I was thinking of him having a sort of ice armor that only activates when he's at full health and protects a portion of his health. The Ice armor would guard more of his health based on the extra amount of armor he possesses. If this passive sounds to OP, please clarify.

I have other champ ideas, but I want oppinions on this guy first.
