The Donger: Patriot Heimerdinger skin

In the near future would it be possible to make champion skins in the Spirit of '76 attire? For example tri-point hats, boots of the era, and other attire to follow. For Heimerdinger specifically his 'q' would be turrets that look like cannons from the era. His 'w' could probably shot musket balls. His 'e' would be a grenade similar to zigg's explosive devices. And Heimerdinger '76 ultimate will be as for mentioned but in a grander form.
