Legendary Skins

I've been wondering about whether the more outdated legendary skins will ever be updated. I feel like the old skins don't get any love and the players who bought them feel cheated. We're not asking for a new product(skin), we're asking for a new software(update). I know the first one to come to mind for many is Magnificent TF, but for me it'll be Blood Lord Vladimir. Why? Well, because, due to update coming to him that is said to be a 'major' one, I would hope they finally take the time to make him look....well...good. The only reason I even got BV Vladimir is because I hated the classic skin due to that cringe-worthy onion head and along with the annoying voice. BV Vlad looks better & as many said should've been the original skin. I think the thing that just bothers me the most is that his recall animation is static. That was the biggest thing that bothered me when buying the skin. Now, I understand that we all have different expectations when buying skins, and that it doesn't improve your skills in any way. But at the core, LoL is still a game, and after a while you look for a change and for me and many others, these skins that are aesthetically pleasing and brag-worthy of, ARE that change.

Please give me a reply to just settle my curious heart as to know if I can ever be expecting a new visual update for any of the older legendary skins. I have much more to complain about, but I centred it on Vlad since he's getting a new update soon.

P.S. God dammit, atleast give him a legendary recall animation.
