Hey Riot i know you guys have been working hard recently and i have been wondering about something where can i get the underworld twisted fate skin i would really like it twisted fate is my favorite out of every champion in the whole game to me hes the best and Riot i would really like that skin please Riot hear me out on this. 
You're kinda screwed; that's a Harrowing Skin, so it normally won't come back till Halloween (Mid-late October), unless you want to try your luck with Mystery Gifts. Buuut you could do what I did and try to suggest a maketing idea for them to put it back in the store.
Like Twisted Tea said since its a Harrowing Skin it will only be available when Harrowing Event is live which is Halloween for us! the only other way is to try your luck with Mystery Gifting, and depending on how many Champions/Skin you already own could get it quickly or blow a whole bunch of money trying to get it!
